I'd have given a 4 & 1/2 if I could. Somehow 1st pkg didn't arrive, but they sent out a 2nd that did. Product works well with my little dog [Babygirl]. They responded well to my concerns.

I use Petbucket's service and so far have not had any issues whatsoever. It is a real bargain and I don't even have to worry if I have Mia's Heartworm or flea and tic meds. Auto ship is great. Stopping the service....I don't know about yet so we will see. Unfortunately dogs don't live nearly long enough so I will let you know if any issues. So far everything is great.

We purchased the Nexgard for our dogs - the savings was substantial - same product as sold here in the states. You must allow time for shipping, 2 weeks+ but the cost savings is worth it! No prescription necessary.

five star service. At first the product failed to materialize. PB had contacted me to ensure all was OK with my order. They initiated a second delivery which arrived safely (from the UK).
